Can we speak to a client you have worked for?
Yes. For projects of a similar size and scope we can usually arrange a reference call, and where the client agrees, a site visit at destination.
What if the used plant is in poor condition?
We inspect it before quoting and tell you honestly what it needs. We would rather repair or replace a component in China than discover the problem at the new site, where parts take weeks to arrive.
Do you handle the freight and insurance?
We prepare the loading plans and can work with your forwarder or recommend one. We can quote CIF or FOB, and arrange marine insurance on request.
How do you keep a project on schedule?
Each project gets a written sequence with dates — dismantling, packing, container loading, sailing, arrival, installation, commissioning. You get photo and video updates at every milestone.
What happens if something breaks after handover?
Our workmanship carries a 12-month warranty. We keep a parts stock for HZS60 to HZS180 and can ship consumables and wear parts quickly.
