Short call or video review
We go through site conditions, access roads, power supply and the dismantling sequence. 15–30 minutes, usually on WhatsApp.
Fixed-price written quote
Line-by-line scope: labour, cranes, packing, containers, shipping, insurance. Valid 30 days. No hidden extras.
Mobilisation and on-site work
Crew, tools and lifting equipment arrive on the agreed date. You receive photo and video updates as the work progresses.

The more of this we have, the faster and more accurate your quote will be:
- Plant model and capacity — e.g. HZS60, HZS90, HZS120, HZS180
- Current location and destination (country and nearest port)
- Whether the plant is still standing or already dismantled
- Site power supply: voltage, grid or generator
- Access: can a 40ft container truck reach the plant?
- Your target start date and deadline
- Photos or a short video of the plant and the site

Frequently Asked Questions
How fast do you send a quote?
Within 48 hours of receiving your plant details. If the site needs a closer look we may ask for photos or a short video first.
Do you work outside China?
Yes. We have completed relocation and installation projects in Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East — including Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, the Philippines and Saudi Arabia.
Do you handle shipping and customs?
We handle dismantling, packing and loading into containers, and we work with your freight forwarder or recommend one. Customs clearance and duties at destination are handled by you or your agent — we prepare the packing lists and container loading plans they need.
Can you supply spare parts for the plant?
Yes. Mixer parts, silo parts, conveyor parts, weighing sensors, control system parts and wear parts — and we can ship them in the same container as the plant.
What about installation on the new site?
We offer full installation and commissioning: foundation guidance, mechanical assembly, electrical connection, calibration and a test batch before handover.
How is payment handled?
Usually a deposit on contract signature and the balance against agreed milestones. You get a proper contract and a commercial invoice.
